Rocky Gardens Motor Inn is in South Rockhampton and a short taxi ride from the airport, the Gracemere Saleyards and Hospitals. It is located conveniently as the first Motel on the left coming from the south or west, but is ideal for travelers from the north to beat the ‘rush’ through Rockhampton the next morning. The southern entrance to Rockhampton is only a short distance from the motel, and access to the Capricorn and Bruce Highways is easy. The Street address is 292 – 306 Lower Dawson Road, Allenstown, but is still part of the Bruce Hwy.

For travelers coming from the north go past the motel to the Yeppen roundabout and come back approx 500 metres to the main entrance, alternatively you can turn right onto Oswald Street (2 streets prior to our motel), then left into upper Dawson Road and left into Palmer street, this will bring you to the side entrance of reception.
